Future organisation support
Ongoing workforce capability support may eventually sit here.
Some organisations will need more than a single training session. They may need practical tools, staff refreshers, implementation support and a way to keep workforce capability active over time.
This platform concept is being kept separate while the main workforce training pathway is refined. For now, organisations can start with the Capability Guide, Workforce Readiness Scorecard and team training pathway.
Why this may matter later
Workforce capability can fade if there is nothing to reinforce it.
Staff turnover, new team members, competing priorities and busy service environments can make it difficult to maintain a shared approach after training has finished.
A future platform could give organisations one place to return to for practical tools, refresher learning and shared implementation resources.
The aim would not be to add more content for the sake of it. The value would be helping teams keep the same practical language and approach alive across staff, programs and locations.
Possible future features
Built around implementation, not simply another training library.
Staff training progress
Give organisations a clearer view of which staff have completed core learning and which capability areas still need attention.
Practical implementation tools
Give staff somewhere to return to for prompts, examples and practical strategies after training.
Manager support
Help leaders reinforce shared language, identify recurring gaps and support workforce development over time.
Shared organisation frameworks
Support teams across multiple programs or sites to work from the same regulation and participation principles.
Support new staff
Give new team members a practical introduction to the language and approach already being used within the organisation.
Keep capability active
Use simple reflection tools to keep training connected to real workforce challenges rather than becoming something staff did once and forgot.
What is available now

Tell me what ongoing support would actually be useful.
If your organisation is looking beyond a one-off workshop and needs ongoing workforce capability support, I would rather build around a real organisational need than create another platform nobody uses.
