Beyond traditional professional development

Helping educators understand behaviour, not just manage it.

When educators understand the developmental and nervous-system foundations of behaviour, they can respond with greater confidence and consistency.

Understand behaviour

Explore nervous-system regulation, movement, sensory processing and the developmental foundations of children's behaviour.

Build educator confidence

Give teams practical tools to respond to challenging moments and support children's emotional regulation.

Create lasting change

Support leaders to turn professional learning into consistent, everyday educator practice.

15 years in early childhood education
Meet Robyn Papworth

Developmental knowledge made practical for educators.

I'm Robyn Papworth, founder of Play Move Improve.

With 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I've worked alongside educators, leaders and families to make child development easier to understand and apply.

My work brings together developmental education, movement, sensory processing and nervous-system regulation to help educators understand why children behave, move and learn the way they do.

Through keynote presentations, conferences, professional learning and practical coaching, I support teams to turn knowledge into meaningful changes in everyday practice.

  • Master's in Developmental Education
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Accredited Exercise Physiologist

I believe professional learning should leave educators feeling more confident and capable, rather than adding to their already demanding workload.
